The brief.

Flues and vents had been removed from inside DCB House, leaving holes in the perimeter walls and areas of the roof. Working for the landlord, who was preparing the unit for sale, we carried out internal and external cladding repairs to make it weathertight again.
We then cleaned down the warehouse walls and floor and gave the office area a thorough builders clean.
