Will you work to our architect's drawings?
Yes. We work directly off your design team's drawings and keep them fully informed, or we can bring in our own consultant for a single point of contact across design and build. Either way, one programme and one accountable team.
What does taking the principal contractor role mean for us?
It means we take full operational and legal responsibility for health and safety on site under CDM 2015, including RAMS, inductions, logistics and coordination of every trade, so you are not left managing a chain of subcontractors.
