The brief.

Delivered asStrip-Out, Fire Separation, Electrical, Decoration

Working for the managing agent on behalf of the landlord, we were asked to split a converted unit in Armley back into two separate units.

We removed and disposed of the mezzanine, installed a dividing wall to achieve 60 minutes' fire protection, isolated the electrics and carried out remedials, an EICR and fire alarm works, and made good the remaining mezzanine with joinery and steel remedials. Both units were decorated and given a final clean before handover.
