Do you self-deliver M&E or subcontract it?
We deliver M&E through our trusted specialist engineers, coordinated on the same programme as the build, so terminations land on the day the ceiling goes back up rather than weeks later, with full certification on completion. As principal contractor we manage it all under one programme.
Can you upgrade an office to all-LED?
Yes. LED retrofits are one of the simplest energy and EPC wins we run. We spec the fittings, calculate payback against your current bill, and install out-of-hours if needed.
