Quick answers to the things clients ask us most. Anything not covered, call the office.
What is the difference between Cat A and Cat B?
Cat A is the landlord's base specification: ceilings, raised floors, basic services and finishes that make a floor lettable. Cat B is the occupier's fit-out on top: partitions, glazed offices, kitchens, branding and everything that makes the space yours. We deliver both.
Can you work while we stay in the building?
Yes, regularly. Most fit-outs we run are phased: we move people, then we move walls, then we move people back. We protect IT, work out-of-hours where it matters, and keep kitchens and toilets running throughout.
Do you handle dilapidations?
Yes. We work both sides: tenants reaching end-of-lease who need the space put back to the schedule of condition, and landlords assessing what is owed before re-letting. Free survey, fixed quote, clean handover.
