Project brief.
The former Thomas Danby College site in Leeds was cleared and rebuilt from the ground up. We removed the existing asbestos, demolished the old buildings by machine and by hand, and delivered a new commercial trade park in their place.
Delivered as a speculative development with sister company Bridge Estates, the scheme turned a redundant campus into lettable commercial floorspace and created local jobs.
