Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Yes, where the design has been signed off by a structural engineer. We work to the engineer's drawings, install temporary propping where required, and coordinate building control inspections.
Can you overclad an existing failing roof?
Often, yes. Overcladding can be the cheapest, safest route, avoiding strip-out, licensed removal and disposal costs. We survey the existing structure, confirm it can take the new load, and design the build-up around it.
