The brief.

We were asked to carry out external decoration, gutter repairs and entrance door works to the front and rear of this listed building on Park Square. To do the work safely we put up an independent scaffold to both facades.
Because the building is listed, its gutters are timber. We sourced the same profile, installed a new section to the rear, and spliced in and repaired the front to match the existing design. We relined the gutters to extend their life, redressed the lead around the outlets, and carefully cleaned and restored the original ironmongery on the front and rear entrance doors.
