The brief.

This was a ground-up build on Old Run Road in Leeds. We prepared the site, including ground stabilisation, then erected the steel frame to form a workshop with integrated two-storey offices.
Once the building was up we fitted out the offices to the client's specification and resurfaced the space around the building.
