The brief.

A moving vehicle had caused heavy impact damage to this boundary wall on Springwell Road. Working for the managing agent, once the repair was approved through the building's insurance, we reinstated it like for like.
We cordoned off the area, isolated the wall's external lighting and took down the sections left unstable. The wall was rebuilt in double-skin brick, matched through a local builders' merchant, with brick piers and a light housing in one pier to match the rest of the wall. We fitted five new pier cappings to match the existing ones, repaired and refitted the original railings between the piers, and mounted a new external floodlight and junction box on a new pier. All debris went off site and the area was jet washed clean.
