The brief.

Water had been getting into the client's property in several places. Following a structural survey, we attended site to carry out the weatherproofing works needed to stop it.
We designed and erected an independent scaffold beside the main entrance facade, giving safe access to the elevated parapets, the flat roof and the plant room. From there we removed and replaced the degraded perimeter roof flashings along the critical abutments, replaced damaged roof tiles around the complex high-level transitions and the solar panels, renewed the foam fillers in the flashing details around the plant room cladding, and repointed and relaid the coping stones where the building was damaged.
