Creation of office space in a commercial unit recently completed for an incoming tenant in Leeds. Contact was made via recommendation from a managing agent: we subsequently priced the work and received approval.

Due to tight deadlines we managed to turn this project round in 3 weeks which allowed the tenant to commence trading quickly after vacating another premises. A nice project that has transformed a blank canvas warehouse into a functional office space.
