The 2 units where very tired following the departure of the previous tenant. We were asked by the Landlord to undertake a full refurbishment of the units. These works included new front doors, window shutters and warehouse shutters installed by our sister company Fox Doors.

We undertook a strip out of old fixtures and an office which has now opened up the unit to a more practical working space. An extensive warehouse clean and decorations of the walls and floor. New kitchens , sanitaryware and flooring works.

The Externals we redecorated with some cladding paints.
