We were asked by the managing agent to provide a quotation to renew the timber fascia and soffits to the gable end of the property.

We had to replace like for like in timber with the property been in a conservation area.

Whilst works were underway we reported back to the managing agent on other observations that required attention and subsequently gained approval for these additional bits.

Overview of Works

• Supplied and installed independent scaffold to three elevations.
• Clearance of gutters.
• Carefully removed and capped the brick chimney.
• Repointed the ridge line.
• Removed and replaced timber fascia and soffit.
• Removed and replace timber guttering to bay windows.
• Re decoration to existing and newly installed timbers.
