After an initial site meeting we were asked by the managing agent to price for various aspects of refurbishment works.
As part of the scope we were asked to investigate the source of water ingress into the attic room. We submitted a quotation and subsequently gained approval.

• Remedial works to fascia soffits and downpipes.
• Re render front and side elevation with thermal efficient product

(contributing towards EPC rating)

• Decoration to timber fascia and soffits.
• Decoration inside attic office.
