Commercial Property Refurbishment Ltd – Clothing Donation
As part of the dilapidation works on a project in Ossett we were asked to remove and dispose of all contents left in the unit. One of our onsite team came up with the idea of giving surplus clothing to charity as it appeared to be nearly new condition.
After further thought – we collectively agreed on donating these to a Homeless Shelter organisation in Leeds LS1. Our team dropped these off in person on Friday 5.1.2018.
We took 20 waterproof coats, 9 T-shirts and 15 hoodies. We hope these will be of some use for those requiring essential protection / warmth against the winter elements.
We were instructed to strip the timeworn train station canopy back to its original structure, removing the old glass and cast iron glazing bars.
We are pleased to report that on the 7th December work was completed on an upgrade to all sixteen bedrooms on Cygnet Hospital Harrogate’s Haven Ward. This marked the end of the first phase of a £350,000 upgrade to all 36 bedrooms in the hospital.
