We were instructed to strip the timeworn train station canopy back to its original structure, removing the old glass and cast iron glazing bars.
We went on to carry out a full redecoration of the structure. From preparation and rubbing down to applying primer undercoat and gloss to bring it back to life. We then installed a new glazing system which included aluminium rafter bars to carry wide panes of glass.
Once in situ, we sealed it with lead work and sealants. On completion we reinstated the pigeon netting and cleaned down site.
