Internal and external cladding repairs undertaken to perimeter walls and areas of the roof after the removal of various flues and vents inside the unit.
We also thoroughly cleaned down the warehouse walls and floor and undertook a thorough builders clean to the office area. Above works were completed on behalf of the landlord to aid the sale of the unit.
