After previously completing works for the Landlord, we were approached to split this office building into 2 self-contained units. Originally the office was constructed as separate offices and so we referred to the original plans to ensure the correct split was achieved. We ensured that our partitions were built in compliance with current fire regulations and we completed a number of additional works throughout the offices.

Overview of works

• We built 4 partition walls across the offices to split the units, 60min fire rated and insulated for acoustic purposes.
• We installed skirting and decorated them match the existing office colours.

Our wider works consisted of removing old partition walls and making good the ceiling grid.

• Uplift, supply and install new carpet tiles throughout the offices.
• Supply and install 2no new office name signs.
• Supply and install 2no electric heaters.
• Supply and install a new sink into an existing kitchenette base unit.
