The brief.

Ilkley Station Plaza's canopy had suffered damage to its original structure. We were instructed to strip back parts of it, remove the damaged glazing units and deal with the rotting fascia boards.
With the tenants' own canopies and outdoor seating taken down, we put a full scaffold up under the canopy behind Heras fencing, cleaned the whole structure down, replaced and resealed the damaged glazing, and repaired the fascias. The structure was then rubbed down, primed, undercoated and glossed, and the guttering lined, before the scaffold came down and the site was tidied.
