We were invited to tender for this project and subsequently gained approval. Our brief was to strip out the former tenants installation and create a ‘whitebox’ blank canvas ready for a new tenant to take occupation.

A tricky mid terrace shop in the middle of Middlesborough that involved careful planning logistically. We worked under the instruction of the CA throughout.

• Screeding and vinyl installation
• Internal and external decoration.
• Electrical EICR report and subsequent upgrade works.
• Installation of new fire alarm.
