The client came to us with some fit out requirements after taking on a new office space. We were asked to create an open plan layout to better meet the function of the business. We removed several partition walls and relocated the existing kitchen in order to open up the available space.
The client also asked us to look at how we could improve the energy efficiency of the unit, after investigation we decided to install timed electric heaters and LED flat panel lights throughout.

Overview of works

• Remove and dispose of blockwork and trade counter.
• Relocate existing kitchen including under sink water heater and extraction fan and reinstall into new location.
• Create partition walls finished with all joinery elements and decoration.
• Supply and install new energy efficient heaters, LED lights, dado and sockets.
• Make good damaged walls and ceiling grid.
• Install new ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, vinyl and decorate the office walls.
