Project Brief:

A well-known Leeds brewing company approached us to convert one of their office spaces into a contemporary Clean Laboratory to quality test & develop their upcoming range of beer products.

This project required particular hygienic standards to be met by not only our suppliers, but also in terms of our fit and finish. As a result, we worked closely with our client and partners to ensure we delivered a functional space that met all necessary standards.

Overview of Works

• Remove all existing installations to room to leave space clear.
• Strip back all M+E to room in readiness for improved systems to be installed.
• Alter walls to open up space and allow for functional lab to be installed.
• Installation of new antimicrobial wall cladding, ceiling grid/tiles & vinyl flooring with coved skirting.
• Design and install laboratory in close conjunction with client.
• Installation of all new M+E, including new antimicrobe controlled A/C system.
