We were asked to turn a derelict former dairy farm building which was dark and dull into a functional bright warehouse space to run an alloy wheel refurbishment trading business from.

This particular project required an element of design work which was agreed with the incoming tenant.

Once a design was approved we put it into practice to achieve what now is a much improved workspace.

• Replacement of perished skylights
• Construction of independent toilet block, kitchen & office block.
• New windows and shopfront.
• Electrical Works for machinery.
• Building works in readiness for LPG tank installation.
• New shutter doors.
