We were instructed on behalf of the landlord to create a structural opening between two units. We were informed that a new tenant was taking both the units and wanted an internal walkway between both so both customers and employees could freely move between both spaces.
We were appointed to undertake remedial works to a commercial tenanted property on behalf of the landlord. The property: a mid-terraced centrally located 3 storey building provided a challenge regarding access to the area of works and general logistics throughout the duration.
A new build extension to a workshop/warehouse complete with new concrete floor, wall and roof cladding system was installed in April 2016 by Commercial Property Refurb. the project was finished on time and on budget.

A full refurbishment programme was implemented here at Haigh Park in Stourton. Consisting of new wall cladding systems, new roller shutter doors, office rebuilding and decorating and lighting installation.
Repairs to a warehouse roof that was leaking and in disrepair was commissioned by Commercial Property Refurb. The works included the installation of workforce safety netting, removal of existing profile clad roof and replaced with composite panel roof with insulation.
A backfill of existing pits at the Cross Green Industrial Estate was completed by Commercial Property Refurb. Works carried out included the clearance of existing rubble and backfilled with concrete with a new surrounding wall construction.
Commercial Property Refurb constructed a new industrial warehouse complete with office space at the Old Run Road, Leeds. Tasks included were the preparation of site including ground stabilisation, steel erection to form workshop with integrated two storey offices, Fit out offices to client’s specification & resurfacing.
The fit-out of Fyffes ripening centre began with the removal of previous fixtures and fittings in the warehouse, followed by total refurbishment to the office sections concluding in the internal painting and decorating.
Removal of existing profile clad roof was the first step with replacement of a composite panel roof. The previous tenants fixtures were then removed and replacement of the warehouse lighting system was upgraded followed by a total office refurb.
work started on Cumberland House with the demolition of the tower & bay followed by a full office fit-out with suspended ceiling and decor, finishing with a new outer wall cladding system.
We began this project with the removal of the existing profile clad roof and replaced it with a composite panel roof. Removal of the previous tenants fixtures & replacement of the warehouse lighting was next finishing with a total refurbishment of the offices.
Work started on this project with splitting the building into 9 seperate units & removal/installation of existing cladding. New roller shutters were installed and replacement lighting system was set in place and finall replacing all drainage systems in the area.
