We were approached by the landlord to assist with removing two large redundant steel fuel tanks from the rear of a unit. This specific task formed one element of a wider scope of works to the unit which included a new flat roof and M+E works in relation to improving the building EPC’s score.

• Drained down and responsibly disposed of remaining liquids in tanks.
• Cleaned out tanks and removed from site.
• Demolished brick tank stands, surrounding bunds and removed from site.
• General tidy up, cut back vegetation and scrape of rear yard area.
