Commercial Property Refurb undertook a full strip out of old tenants fixtures and fittings. Demolished a couple of office blocks which were beyond repair, which created more warehouse space.

The ceiling had been poorly painted so we undertook a brush down of the flaking paint. Also decorated the portal frame and perimeter walls and installed all new mains distribution and a new lighting scheme.

Works lasted 6 Weeks.
