We were contacted by the managing agent to complete dilapidation works on a small warehouse unit in Morley. We were asked to take on works in relation to the electrics, decoration and flooring to make the unit more appealing to potential tenants.

Overview of Works

We completed an EICR and undertook subsequent remedials needed to bring the unit up to the passing standard.

We cleaned and repainted the blockwork walls within the warehouse with 2 coats of white masonry paint.

We prepared and filled the existing floor and then applied grey epoxy resin throughout the warehouse to ensure a high-quality finish.
