We were involved in transforming this old over flow storage woodshed into a lettable commercial unit in Mirfield. Although the unit has been let out as one unit, we futureproofed it so it can easily split into two smaller units.

• Fencing
• Block & brickwork.
• Electrical installations.
• New Shutter Doors & Steel fire doors.
• Small office accommodation

The project achieved an EPC A+
