Project Brief
We were approached by an existing client to assist with works on a new unit. This involved dilapidation works and then fit out works creating a new office.
We undertook a complete strip out of the unit removing the former tenants fit out (formally a restaurant with a commercial kitchen). We then sat down with the client and went through their vision for the unit and built a schedule of works.
The client was downsizing from the same complex of commercial units so we managed to recycle some of the glazed partitions to form a kitchenette and office area.
Overview of Works:
- Isolation and strip out and debris removal of all previous tenant fit out including Mechanical and electrical installation.
- Replacement of cracked and damaged glazing to perimeter curtain walling.
- New Aluminium entrance door.
- Suspended ceiling, partitions and plaster boarding to perimeter walls, Inc. tape and filling all joints.
- First and second fix joinery throughout including creation of kitchenette and creation of work benches for office equipment.
- Mechanical and Electrical installation including A/C installation, security alarm system and CCTV
- Screed repairs to floor. Supply and installation of sheet vinyl and carpet tiles.
