• Removal and disposal of mezzanine
• Dividing wall installation to achieve 60 minutes fire protection
• Electrical isolation, remedials, EICR and fire alarm works.
• Making good remainder of mezzanine inc. joinery and steel remedials.
• Decoration and a final clean of both units prior to handover.
