We were asked to provide a price to undertake a strip out and refurbishment works of a kitchen in school following a fire.

We subsequently provided a itemised a quotation and received approval. We managed to get the room stripped out back to shell prior to the new school term commencing. We then carefully planned the fit out to accommodate school needs minimising disruption.

In brief we:

• Isolated services and made safe.
• Removed ceilings and plaster to perimeter walls
• Removed and replaced UPVC windows
• Prepared and screeded the floor
• Fire boarded and re skimmed the room.
• Supplied and fitted a new kitchen inc. appliances.
• Supplied and fitted a new boiler and associated pipework
• Undertook second fix joinery; inc. skirting, architraves, door and boxing in.
• Red decoration
• New Vinyl non slip floor
• Undertook a clean prior to handover including steam cleaning external brickwork removing the soot from the fire.
