This office building had been experiencing water ingress and mould growth throughout the building for some time. We were asked to complete a level of works to remediate the issues and ensure that the building is left in a wind and watertight condition.

We removed and disposed of all loose and soft items within the office building. Sprayed heavily molded walls with solution to remove.

External roof repairs comprised the inspection and re-fixing of loose roof slates, replacement of damaged slates, re-bedding of ridge tiles, cleaning of roofs and rainwater goods, repairs to valley gutter, localised timber repair and installation of new flat roof. Removal of AC condensers.

Further external repairs continued across the building. We sealed and redecorated windows, repointed stonework, cut back vegetation and installed a new timber fence.
Building services were inspected and subjected to testing, with targeted repairs undertaken to the electrical installation, gas-fired boiler systems and emergency lighting installation to ensure the services remained safe, compliant and operational. Remedial works were undertaken.
