We were approached by the managing agent to undertake resurfacing works to the front of a commercial property and also the rear car park. We subsequently received approval for the works and undertook it over two phases.

Overview of Works

Phase 1

Removed and disposed flags approximately 300sqm.
Supplied laid and rolled tarmac to shop fronts.

Phase 2

Lifted all manholes, scraped perimeter, prepared surface.
Supplied and laid base and top coat of rolled tarmac to approximately 600m2.
Applied thermo plastic lining to form parking bays, bin area and appropriate lettering as requested by managing agent.
