Circa 95sqm of Paving to patio areas.

Works in brief:

• Take up existing flags and remove off site
• Improve subbase and compact
• Supply and install new paving, carefully cutting around manholes and allowing a 150mm gravel boarder to all perimeter areas
• Re clad steps to garden area.
• Seal new paving and resin joints.
• Manually mortar point step riser areas.
• Supply and install 20mm pea gravel boarder.
