Overview

We utilised space in a small industrial unit to create office accommodation whilst still providing floor space for stock. We managed to reuse some second hand mezzanine and steel staircase to save the client costs. We created a plasterboard finished office with electrical trunking.

• Fabricate mezzanine to suit footprint of the building.
• Install studwork to create office accommodation
• Upgrade DB board to house additional circuits
• Plasterboard and skim ceilings and walls
• First & second fix electrical installations
• Decoration
• Installation of flooring
