Industrial Refurbishment Complete on Balfour Beatty Site

The middle of November saw the handover of Unit 2 at Howley Park Close in Morley (Leeds) – an industrial refurbishment undertaken by Commercial Property Refurb, on behalf of Pullans and Balfour Beatty.

Pullans instructed Commercial Property Refurb to prepare the site for market by undertaking a schedule of dilapidation works.  The works included the repair of the roof, removal of asbestos from around the roller shutter doors, the removal of a warehouse partition together with all existing fixtures and fittings. The warehouse heating system was stripped out and the large surrounding yard was cleared. The office refurbishment consisted of a complete overhaul including the installation of a new ceiling throughout together with new carpets, new glazing and re-plastered walls.

Half way through the one month project, Balfour Beatty showed an interest in the site, at which point Commercial Property Refurb finished the works to their specification.

Commercial Property Refurb are now working on Unit 1 on behalf of Pullans.
